Robyn G. Stucky

Robyn G. Stucky, age 72, of Yankton, South Dakota, died Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton.

A memorial service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home in Yankton, South Dakota. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Yankton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Robyn G. (O'Malley) Stucky was born on November 22, 1953 to Jack W. And Chrystal (Anderson) O'Malley. She lived in Yankton her whole life and graduated from Yankton High School. While in Yankton she worked at Happy Jack's Restaurant, ran an in-home daycare, managed Taco John’s and retired from Baldwin filters. Robyn married Stephen D. Stucky on February 5, 1979 and raised 2 children, Sarah and Christopher.

Robyn loved having family gatherings, and typically cooked way too much food for the people she loved and made a mean breakfast. She hosted many garage parties where there was always a deck of cards. Robyn had a large and boastful laugh that was so unique and perfectly fit her personality. She was the best grandma, and had donuts every Saturday morning with her grandsons.

Robyn is survived by her husband, Stephen Stucky; her favorite daughter, Sarah Stucky; her favorite son, Christopher (Heather) Stucky; her grandchildren: Milo and Levi Stucky; her brother, Tim O'Malley; siblings-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Robyn is preceded in death by her parents Jack W. and Chrystal O'Malley, her brother Jack P. O'Malley, and her parents-in-law Kenneth and Doris Stucky.
