Marvin "Marv" Lockwood

Marvin “Marv” Lockwood, a devoted family man, avid outdoorsman, and lifelong sports enthusiast, passed away on July 25, 2026, following a tragic fall during a hike on the trails behind his lake home, accompanied by his faithful dog. He was 72 years old.

A memorial gathering will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home in Yankton, South Dakota with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Burial will be at a later date in Yankton Cemetery.
