Dale Alan Haley, age 59, of Yankton, South Dakota, died Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, South Dakota. A memorial service will be at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Yankton, South Dakota.
