Carrol V. Carrol was a member of the United Methodist Church in Laurel and the Laurel Senior Center.  He was an excellent wood worker and made many crosses, baby cradles, rolling pins, children’s farm scenes, and over a hundred pool cues.  He enjoyed playing pool and playing his harmonica, but he especially loved helping on the farm.  He was a hardworking man, who had a sharp mind and remembered vast details about everything.

Survivors include his wife, Glendora “Tootie” Brittell Lipp of Laurel, Nebraska; step-son, Nick Brittell of Laurel; step-daughter, Iris (Curt) Peterka of Yankton, South Dakota; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and a great many friends.
